CSR Guide Book

In April 2005, Hitachi Chemical Co., Ltd. completely revised its existing Corporate Ethics Guidebook (issued in 1998), and published the Hitachi Chemical Group CSR Guidebook as the CSR guidelines for the entire Group. The CSR Guidebook is distributed to every officer and employee of the Group (including contract and temporary employees). They are expected to agree to follow its content. The CSR Guidebook is also used as a text for training in each Hitachi Chemical workplace and in each Group company. This is done to ensure a continuous and improving CSR mentality and compliance mentality.
