Manufacturing Process of Powder Metal Products

Various types of raw metal powders are weighed at specific ratio and those metal powders are uniformly mixed in a mixer.

Mixing Process

The mixed powder is compacted in high accurate tool at room temperature by an automatic compacting machine.

Compacting Process

The compressed compact, so called as Green compact, is placed in a sintering furnace and sintered which is heating in protective gas atmosphere at a temperature below melting point of main material.

Sintering Process

Post treatment such as Sizing process, Machining, Heat treatment and others will be applied as necessary to produce final products that require higher accuracy and/or material strength.
